2.4MW YQW series gas-fired horizontal thermal oil heater for food industry

Among them, YQW series thermal oil heater adopts forced circulation three-pass circular tube design for the sufficient heating surface. The energy-saving device added on the tail of the furnace body can greatly reduce heat loss, and the thermal efficiency is up to 95%. In addition, these two series of boilers are both equipped with advanced low NOx burner to realize the low emissions of NOx ≤ 30mg/Nm³; Moreover, the boilers are both adopt the packaged structure, after the boiler components are transported to the site, they can be put into operation once connecting to the electricity and gas, which greatly reduces the boiler installation cost.
